Loop Rawlins was born in Tucson, Arizona. His interest in the Wild West began when he got his first western cap
gun when he was six years old, and at age eight learned how to spin his first rope. Soon afterwards, he became the
leader of a "Will Roger's Trick Roping Group," led by trick roping legend & Loop's dear friend, Forrest Hobbs.

Loop's show has an exciting-comic flare, including dozens of the most spectacular
rope tricks, whip targets, a champion double whip routine, expert gun spinning and
audience participation. His experience with all types of crowds makes his show
enjoyable to everyone. To this day, Loop Rawlins continues to perform locally and
nationally, keeping the spirit of the Wild West alive.
Loop acquired his first job performing when he was fourteen years old at Trail Dust
Town. Audiences were dazzled as they watched this young man's talent. Loop also
took up the arts of whip cracking, and trick & fancy gun handling. He hoped that
all his hard work & practice would one day pay off.
